Sun international ******

I made a booking through booking com, they booked me in Cascades resort sun city, I immediately cancelled my booking as I wanted to stay in Palace hotel, they sent me a message that my booking was cancelled, on sartuday I realized they took money from my account without me arriving in their hotel, I called them and they promised to refund me after 3 days, when I waited for the refund they went back and deducted from my account again without permission. Can someone explain to me do this people know what they're doing. Customer service doesn't exist in sun international, they don't care about customers, no one knows what is happening, after inconveniencing me , I was rudely told to wait 3 days for my money, after waiting 3 days instead of me getting my refund they deducted my money again, can someone explain to me what is going on here . I need my money urgently. How can such a big hotel employ *********** staff .
