Sun International Carousel casino SPAM sms

I continually receive SPAM sms's from the Carousel casino. I've rep**** with STOP as per their opt-out option on THREE (3) times already and still get the SPAM sms's. Evert time I send a STOP it costs me money, and they make money from the sms. <br> They leave me no option as to start legal action and report them to the relevant authorities in terms of section 45 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (Act 25 of 2002).
