Sun International Cabanas - Zero Stars

Zero stars If this was an option. We went to the Sun International Cabanas in March for the long weekend as my daughter was playing in the Nomads Golf competition. We arrived early in the morning and completed all the paper work, we could only check in after 14:00. Later the day after Golf we arrived at the cabanas to check in only to find that they have given out Family Lake view Floor unit to someone ells. We have specifically booked a floor unit as we have a 4 year old boy that is very busy and were scared that that he will climb over the railings and fall to the ground. We spoke to management and they said sorry. We could not have breakfast in the mornings as we left for golf each day before they opened, on the last day we found out from other people that also stayed there that we could have asked for them to pack us a take away container for the mornings, no one from the Cabana's staff informed us of this. Overall the experience was the worst that we have ever had at a place like this. I know I am wasting my time in writing this as I can see from all the other reviews that Sun International has not rep**** to any of the complaints.
