Sun international bull ****

I have a voucher SURFCC200 valid for period 1 February 2018 - 11 March 2018. I did the booking through a VIP host for the 9 - 11th of March 2018 and got a confirmation message from her on the 22nd of February 2018. We left from JHB drove all the way for this weekend only to realise that there is no booking. I called the VIP host and she said, the policy changed, and it does not matter what my invite voucher says, the booking is no longer available and that it apparently excludes weekends. It does not say so on the voucher. The booking was also confirmed, the booking even showed on my log in page until this morning. This is absolute bull ****!
