Stood i. A line for an hour to che k into the cascades yesterday 03 Jan 2022. Room still not ready and cleaned at 5pm. Came down to breakfast this morning at 9.45am. Queue running all the way back past the lift lobby to the stairs and breakfast room tables available everywhere.no one sitting in the outside section. No one running the queue. Sun International, you are an embarrassment to the hospitality industry! Just pathetic! Will never visit one of your hotels again. Can you imagine what chaos would exist If we had international tourists here!
