Sun has stopped shining

I can't even begin to describe my frustration at Sun International attitude to totally disregard my complaint. It's as if really cuden care less about the fact you send false SMS to lure customers to your establishment and just ignore all complaints. It's just not becoming of an establishment that pride itself. It's sad Sun International thinks it can lessen itself from its responsibilities to respond fairly by just ignoring customers complaints. You fail to realize that this is a channel that potential overseas guests use. I can say the glitter and glamour Sun international once had is fading and fading fast.
