Sun City vacation club levy debit orders

It is absolutely mind-boggling that a big company like Sun Vacation Club can’t manage to collect monthly debit orders correctly!! Every now and then I receive notification from them that my levy is in arrears and when I want to book a time slot or space bank my time, I am told that my account is locked as my levies is not paid up to date!!!! How difficult is it to collect the annual levy in 12 equal payments by way of debit order! It is not my mistake if the account is in arrears, but rather as a result of your incompetence!! Please correct this, as I want to space bank my flexi midweek as our occupancy was to start 27 April which is obviously cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Disgusting customer service to say the least!
