Sun City Vacation Club Levies

My husband and myself have been trying to get a Levy statement from SVC since last week. They don't automatically send out statements - Imagine ! Was told that one has to send an email REQUESTING a levy statement - to which no-one replies.... sent to : ***. Confirmed the email address again - re-sent. No response - then I sent the mail to : ***, *** to request a response and they very kindly passed the email to *** !. Unfortunately AGAIN NO RESPONSE. WE SIMPLY WANT TO PAY OUR LEVY ????
