Sun city vacation club injurs guest

I provided a family member with a holiday to the su city vacation club for the week checking in on the 29 july 2019 checking out on the 2nd Aug 2019. on the 1st Aug 2019, while showering her foot got stuck in the cement, managed to get free after a few attempts. this was report. Maintenance and EMS arrived in site. When they arrived the maintenance people tried to pass the buck and advised that this was not there fault, when they were taken to the shower, their minds were changed and tried to blame other workers. The EMS people were not helpful at all, they were admitment that she goes to the hospital, this will provided you with an understanding on how bad the foot was. Sun city people caused the problem and there solution is for her to drive to a hospital. what kind a company is this. She is in pain caused by poor workmanship and after that EMS cannot help. Now she must sort herself out, not even sure how far is the nearest hospital. all these people from suncity was trying to pass the buck and work away with out helping, pathetic, putting my guest in danger of loosing her leg.
