Sun City Vacation Club has the worst customer service ever!

Good day I have been trying to get through to SVC reservations since 08:00 this morning (05/12/2023). First, I could not get through and when I do get through the call goes dead, twice after 15min and another after 30min. I'm on the call with SVC reservations again while I draft this review and It's rather frustrating. One should not sign up for a costly timeshare only to have terrible customer service. I even sent a booking request over e-mail but I do not have faith. I'm not one to complain normally but SVC is not well organised. How do I lodge a formal complaint?
