Bad experiences with poorly skilled and *********** accouts department. Im on a annual levi payment schedule where it is a constant fight with account being locked for benefits already paid in full. Example. Fully Paid up levies for 2*** with booking confirmed and confirmation received. They deny booking two days before check in, due to Aug.2022-Aug 2023 annual levies outstanding. I own a 10year full flexi week where levies of 8.5k was paid in full for the year Aug 2020- Aug 2021 (which was banked due to covid) Looking to Cancel remaining 6year contract due to this poor business practice.
