Sun city vacation club cannot contact!!!

I've been trying to use my Sun city vacation club membership to book a holiday. I've been calling the vacation club contact centre numerous times but to no avail. I have also emailed the vacation club bookings desk but still no answer after 5 days. Someone help please.
