Sun City vacation club. Be careful when enquiring about timeshare

On 2 November 2019 I enquired of the monthly levies for Vacation club. On 3 November I received a response advising of pricing of units and levies for flexi weeks. On 3 November I returned an email to him advising that I was not interested. On 10 February 2021 I received a letter of demand by email. The wording as follows: Please find letter of demand for your urgent attention (Please view outstanding payment here)COURT SUMMONS AND BLACKLISTING eminent if this is not attended to within the next 48 hours. The email contained an attachment with reference numbers and banking details. I was unable to open the attachment. I returned an email advising him that I had not requested the purchase of any timeshare and that I had not completed any purchase agreement.He however failed to respond to any of my emails
