Sun city Vacation Club

To whom it may concern I made a booking on the 25 March 2020 for the sun vacation club for the 4/12/20 - 7/12/20 because my previous booking had to be moved because of the Lockdown. I got a confirmation number 200127 for the dates given on top. I phoned today to check if my booking was still confirmed only to be told that my booking was cancelled by the administrator because that weekend had now become a peak weekend I was not told or even sent a email to say my booking was cancelled or was not even asked if I wanted to change my dates. We could only go that weekend as my daughter is busy with Matric exams so that weekend was the only weekend available for us to go after the exams because the other weekends was peak weekends and not available to us.

This is very unprofessional of them to do this if I didn't call today I wouldn't have been aware of this and pitched up on that day with no accommodation. They have to come up with some solution to sort this problem out or I am going to cancel my contract with them. Otherwise they must refund all our money paid for the vacation club including the up front payment of the levy. They paint a beautiful picture when selling the vacation club but having hassles when you want to use it. It is pointless owning a vacation club. Someone has to contact to sort the issue out. Because we closed our business for that weekend. Your quick response will be much appreciated.
