Sun City - Upgrade in features, downgrade in service

<p>I have been coming to Sunday City since I was 6 years old. I'm now 25. I have never experienced the bad service as I am now.</p> <p>1. The air-con broke twice. On the first night (Monday) it was dripping on the bed. The maintenance team came to fix it and the guys then broke the light. And as we know the lighting in the room is terrible and you can barely see as is. We then continued to have a problem where it was dripping and there was a droning sound. The team came out again. By the 3rd time the air con was not turning on at all and we were advised by the maintenance team that both aircons needed to be set on the same setting. So we can't have 1 on hot and 1 on cold. How this makes sense I don't know.</p> <p>2. The dish washer tray is broken where the 1 side comes off the hinge.</p> <p>3. We went out and needed clean towels leaving the wet ones in the bath tub. ALL the dirty towels have been hung back up or rolled up for us to use again. So we must use wet old towels not even know who used which towels.</p> <p>3. The light mentioned in point 1 is still not fixed. Today is Wednesday.</p> <p>4. We needed a cot for my niece. It stank of FISH. I'm not even trying to be funny! It smelled so bad we thought someone used it as a fishing net.</p> <p>Really pathetic service.</p>
