Sun City Tickets & Food Issues.

This review is on Sun City. Me and my family (a group of 9) went of to Sun City on the weekend. 1. Lucky for us one of our travelling party new that tickets are sold at the Engn Garage before Sun City as we would have been turned back as there are no advisory boards on the issue on the way. 2. With our tickets in hand we were told at the entrance that the tickets come with a meal voucher and we were told were to redeem these, full stop. After redeeming our meal voucher, I threw away the tickets in the immediate dustbin and we set off to the valley of the waves (VOW). At the entrance to VOW, guess what they asked for the tickets. After our attempts to explain this silly position that no one advised us to retain the tickets and the obstinacy of the guards, went back to the Dustbin to forage for the tickets, which we found, plus an extra ticket so obviously we were not the only ones. We were finally let through. 2. While in the VOW, we decided to get the Kids Macdonald which was not in the VOW. I decided to go back to the Food court outside the VOW but with in Sun City. Unbeknown to me there is no Macdonalds. I then bought Steers. I proceeded back to VOW. At the first check point I was told that food can't pass through. I told them they we being ridiculous given that I had bought it from their premises and proceed to march obstinately on. At the entrance to VOW, same story. Never mind that this food was bought in Sun City, I was told it could not proceed. They told me there were signs that you cant bring food in. When I set off to Sun City I knew I could not bring food in. This was food from their own Food Court. I didn't see the sign as I was marveling at the rock structures, and if there was a sign I hope its specifically includes food from their in Food Court. 4. Solution. These rules, which in themselves are not ridiculous, are made so but the lack of proper guidance by this resort. Please fix this, whether this be a people at the gate with a tick list and, not or, another person at reception. Or boards, with high visibility and managed by an individual.
