Sun City _ Sun International Pathetic Service (No Service at all)

Sun International a brand that I thought didn't even need marketing! But what a disappointment!

I have emailed them 27th and 31 January with no response except the automated response. I have called them a million times with no answer I have left my contact details on their voice mail no response!

The one time i got through to them to make a booking, for a big special advertised called more with 4 the invoice I received still gave me the full amount without the fourth night free of charge. This was when both my husband and I called to get this amended, I emailed , I left messaged today its the 3rd of February and I received no feedback! I am disgusted with this service.

In the mean time they go ahead and cancel my booking since I did not pay the deposit as a result of waiting on a return call or email!!!! For this they could quickly send the email but when I was trying to receive a service out of them and inquire about my booking NOTHING! NO RESPONSE! NO FEEDBACK! TERRIBLE!

I STILL AWAIT!
