Sun City standards?

Family day out ruined after travelling 3 hrs after calling and not getting through for an hr. Security turned us away(mandla was the manager) 3.38pm on 31st October. Mandla couldn't answer any questions about who we would contact and the manager mandla refused to speak to us. The security told us there is a guy on the side selling rooms if we would like to speak to him. Is this what Sun City has come to?? We booked accommodation close by as there were no rooms online at sun city. We have cancelled our booking at the bnb and are going home. We will never support Sun City again! Extremely sad how low the standards have dropped! Apparently restaurants cannot be visited either and nobody can explain why! Shocking! A promised birthday visit to our 7 year old is dashed.
