Sun city shocking service

Went to Sun city and stayed at the Cabanas. What a let down and not worth the money paid. We have been going to Sun city for 20 years and this has been the worst experience ever. Were do i start: Service at breakfast non existent. Too few staff for the number of guests. Have to wait for ages for services. I know they will.blame COVID but that is absolute nonsense.

Nk sheets on the bed. Had to call and complain. They took photos so no one can deny this.

Our fold put couch bed was.never made up. Everytime before they made up the bed.

4 of us in a room but only 2 cups. Do the.maths. can Covid be too blame here.

When phoning 4200 for help there was no answer on a couple of occasions.

Toilet paper never restocked and we ran out. Did i mention no one answered the phones.

Just an absolute shocking experience
