Sun city Rustenburg didn't treat me and my family well

I got at sun city Rustenburg, and we were told that we must purchase at spar or online. We both the tickets which automatically book us for the following day. Fine my mistake, but the lady at the service booth was very unfriendly not even willing to help me solve the issue. I had to drive back to meyersdal. I am very disappointed with the service they gave us not willing to help or even explain the process. Thanks
