Sun City rules you must look out for

I took the kids to Sun City this weekend , we had a blast but would like to give the following feedback 1. At reception they dont tell you to put money on your card , so when you get to valley of the waves there is NO credit card machine , so you have to pay R200 per towel which is refundable ... now I carried no cash or cards , so my kids swam but we had no towels

2. At the hotel pools, I went to withdraw money and found out that its the other way .... hotel pools only accept cash , so I was confused

Could you please provide all guest with rules or ask the reception to notify the guys
