Sun city refund not processed after almost 8 months

Good day

After numerous calls and emails, no one has responded or returned my calls. A refund was promised to me in March before the lockdown due to the hotel we booked being unavailable. You have received the proof of payment and other information to process this.

Please urgently contact me to finalise this, I have been patient and understanding but 8 months is far too long and all the initial excuses are now stale.
