Sun City poor service

Booked a girls ultimate trip to Sun City and stayed at the Cascades had an extremely disappointing experience when I booked a dinner for 15 people. Despite pre-paying for the meal, the hotel and restaurant failed to coordinate, and we ended up paying out of pocket. On day two we had reserved a table for 15 at the Crystal Court in advance, but when we arrived, the table was not prepared, forcing us to sit scattered across the restaurant. The service was shockingly poor; it took 30-40 minutes to get a simple can of cold drink, and we had to constantly remind the waitress about our orders.

The hostess was rude and completely unaccommodating, setting the tone for the entire evening. To make matters worse, the food was terrible, and we barely touched our meals, wasting over R12,000 on inedible food. The staff showed no remorse, and not a single manager came to check on us. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience that left us feeling let down and out of pocket.
