Sun City Pathetic service and *********** staff!

We are checking in this morning to vacation club. Your staff are rude, and unhelpful. I understand if check in times have changed, but we were told a different story two weeks ago. We should arrive early to ensure we receive two units in close proximity. I called the sales department and the lady said we could atleast put in that request before 2pm and the staff at vacation club have given attitude when it was not welcomed. There is no manager on site and when speaking in their mother tongue, they should realise that with technology it is easy for us to interpret what is being said about us infront of us or you don't realise your guests actually do speak the language.

I am trying to get hold of the vacation club management and happy to discuss this further As Lerato has been helpful in the weeks coming up but the current staff on site lack a good customer experience and kicked of the vacation on a bad note. If this is the start of the vacation, sarcastically I am looking forward to another ten years of business with you.
