Sun City - Palace of Nightmares!!

We have, over the years, booked in many times at Sun City - from the Cabanas to the Palace; we have noticed a steady decline in customer service, however, our recent stay at the Cascades was shocking!<br> We have never experienced such pathetic customer service ever - from the bar / restaurant on the reception floor (waiting over 65 minutes for a waiter who ignored our pleas of service - surprisingly whites seem to take preference; are staff trained that way??); service staff at the shuttle waiting area outside the hotel (allowing selective people to go into the shuttle even though they had arrive after us - yes we were going to the same place); house keeping who come knocking at 8:15am and wake us up to clear the room to pathetic front desk staff.<br> <br> Spending on 2 rooms for 2 nights I totally regret it - especially when my kids also notice this pathetic service!!<br> I have always promoted Sun City - now I will do the reverse! <br>
