Sun City Palace

We booked a weekend package at the palace at sun city in September 2021.

The reception did not know what package we took or how it worked

The room safe was broken and had to be fixed

The shower head did not work properly

The sheets in the bed was stained

We did not have a directory of services in the room.

I phoned the concierge 4 times in an hour and a half time before I got through to ask for a menu

Reception did not pick up when phoning

I do have to add however that the staff was very friendly and helpful when we did get a hold of them for assistance. Staff greeted us when we walked past them and made me feel welcome.
