Sun City not what it once was

My family and I recently stayed at the SOHO Hotel at Sun City for 4 nights. The 1st room had numerous problems. The bathtub stopper was broken. The aircon was not working. The telephone was not working. The furniture was old and not in good condition.

After requesting to move to another room we came to find the telephone again not working. The shower not working properly as well. Also the furniture old and outdated.

Since my last visit to sun city, the brand has really deteriorated and is not the hi-class resort it once was. Really sad to see.

Even the "maze" is no longer a star attraction. The facilities are not cared for. Staff as well are not welcoming and friendly. Especially at the Valley of the waves. Security searched my daughters nappy bag as if we were smuggling in drugs. Not great to treat customers like *********.

Hopefully these comments will reach ears/eyes where a difference can be made to once again make sun city a resort worth visiting.

I personally wont be visiting again anytime soon as it is not worth the high pricing for 5 star hotels.
