SUN CITY NOT ANSWERING THEIR PHONES!!

I am now on my FIFTH attempt to get hold of reservations at Sun City!!!!! They say my wait should be 4 minutes odd and each time I hold on for wayyyy longer than that. What is going on????? This is ridiculous but so typical of the pathetic service in this country ..... and yet everyone is saying business is not great. Well hello!!!!!!!! Answer your phones if you want bookings!!!!!
