Sun City is not what it used to be. Horrific service!

sun city has 1000 numbers yet no1 answers not one of them. My bookings through Safarinow.com pulled through the incorrect dates. I cant get help anywhere. I am supposed to book in this Saturday yet i cant seem to get assistance. I have been reading the reviews of Sun City and didnt realise it was this bad, i should never has made this booking after reading those reviews. I cannot lose over R11000 ust because no-one is willing to assist me with this booking. Someone by the name of Mahloti was supposed to call me with confirmation two days ago, yet nothing is happening. Safarinow.com has *** on my reservation, yet this person is a ghost because I cant get hold of her. Can someone call me to correct this booking? I need to check-in this coming saturday.
