Sun city is just a ****

I'm so disappointed with the resort. They send you a voucher , they then charge you R500 for entry to go use the voucher. I mean I'm a member and I have a card for entry but now my partner must pay R500 for a ticket to go in even when she outlined that she doesn't want to go to valley of the waves and doesn't want their meal voucher.
