Sun city hotel flood rooms

I went to Sun city this past weekend 11 Sept to the 13 Sept and stayed at the Sun City hotel (Soho), we got room 404, on the morning of the 12th we woke up and saw that the toilet was leaking onto bathroom floor, then we tried the shower and the head was broken as the water was flowing from around the edge in lumps, we went to reception and requested a new room, they said they had to check as the hotel was full, we got another room 423, on the morning of the 13th we took showers and saw that the whole shower floor leaked onto the both room so much that tlit went under the door into the passage, we had to use all the towels to dry up the floor. When I checked out on the 13th I laid a complaint with the reception who called the client relations person, she said she was sorry but because of the lock down it was hard to check rooms etc and the cleaners use so little water so it would not of leaked. This was my 10 year anniversary weekend and what a bad experience the hotel room was, I have stayed there many years before and always had a good time, this has put me off Sun City. It was very disappointing and will forever this this bad experience as my 10 year anniversary memory.
