Sun City Hotel

I have been coming to Sun City for the last 4 years and it’s been wonderful until this trip. Our room aircon didn’t work when we got here and we called reception and it there after got fixed and then after 2 days stopped working again. The biggest issue I had was with the MVG points. Every time I wanted to use my points there was a problem. As far as I understand the points expire. I am not sure what to do with my points now as none of the machines work here for me to be able to use the points. Service has also been very slow, waiting over 40 min for food and drinks.
