Sun city hotel

Good Morning, I booked for a weekend getaway for me and my family at Sun city hotel from the 15th - 17th March 2024. Yoooh it was a very horrible stay, after checking in on our way to our room there was roof leaking water very badly this shocked me considering the rating this hotel has but we ignored it and proceeded to our room. Firstly the rooms are carpeted and those carpets smell really badly, turned on the a/c it didn't work and you can't keep open windows or sliding doors due to ******s and ******s so we had to be stuck in the horrible heat. As I thought that was enough my wife went to the toilet after doing her business the toilet just made a mess it was blocked and leaking from the back as well, I called immediately to complain about everything as this was very bad. They took sometime to respond to our plea but then they moved us to another room which firstly was at the very end of the hallway. The carpets once again smelt very bad the a/c once again didn't work, there were spiders all over it seemed like this room was never utilized. When we tried to bath the water was brown. I'm extremely disappointed I come from Johannesburg and wanted to have a great time with my family we spent a lot of money but we did not get our value for our money. I advise that no one make the mistake that I made.
