Sun City Hates Day Visitors

Sun City needs to make a better effort to accommodate day visitors during these lower lockdowns. Not everyone has the pleasure of being able to afford their hotel and chalet rates but that doesn't mean they should be excluded from enjoying the resort like everyone else.

1. The booking system is not well advertised at all. People drive from very far with excited children in the back seat ready for a day of fun only to be turned away very rudely by your tellers.

2. Your prices are greedy. Again, R400 to enter the Valley, which isn't even maintained like it used to be is a joke. So many things are falling apart or already broken or outdated yet the prices keep going up - does that make sense to you? Sun City used to be the benchmark for other resorts but I'm starting to see you slide down the leader pole tremendously to be overtaken by resorts that actually care about guests - day visitors and residents alike!

Please look into fixing this, I can tell you for certain that you ruined A LOT of Christmases and Boxing Days this year and had a lot of children very broken hearted and parents feeling like they let their kids down
