sun city faults

firstly I booked two rooms for vacation club check in on the 7th and check out on the 8th of march one was located upstairs and the second one was located downstairs, we checked in and had lunch, went out for a bit with our guests upon our return two people were already in the room sitting on the couch with bags and everything stating they had been staying there for the past two days, and that they extended their stay yes they had their bags and rooms were cleaned before hand by the staff, went to reception and they do not have a clue how they doubled booked our room further after waiting for 30-45 mins I finally got a room that was convenient for my guests I had to personally pack all my and my guests stuff and walk up and down to a room located on the other side of the block, since they only sent 1 person to assist me,my edibles that were in the fridge and on the kitchen counter top was all opened and tasted by the 2 people that were now in the room, i felt totally embarrassed and violated standing in their presence like a fool. secondly i made bookings again for myself and other family members at the cabanas on the easter long weekend,i unfortunaley could not make it due to unforseen curcumstances. And instead of cancelling the booking and ruining the holiday for my guests i gave my mvg card as well as my id to my family member and asked them to cheak in,not knowing the consequenses there of,today when i called i was sternly told that i am no longer welcome at the cabanas and my mvg membership is suspended,even tho my booking was cancelled and a new booking was made for my family members and guests. Its amazing that when theres a mishap on sun citys side eveyone runs to hide and correct their faults but me as a guest gets annihilated for not reading the terms and conditions.i am truly very hurt and dissapointed at how this matter was dealt with.
