Sun city Cabanas refund / payment move over

Hi,

I am highly dissapointed that I have requested a cancelation and refund from sun city Cabanas on the 8th of March and was promised a refund in 48 hours, 3 weeks later I still have not received a phone call or email stating why it is taking so long.

Everytime I call in, I get told that this query has not been acknowledged or assigned to anybody due to a back log which is not my problem at all.

I have also rebooked and asked that the same refund get carried over to the new dates secured and have not received any response on if the carry over had been accepted or not in order to secure my full stay.

Day of check in is just going to be a total surprise in terms of payment confusion.
