Sun city cabanas poor buffet and rooms

We have been going to sun city every year for the past ten years... my husband and son have an annual golf challenge We’ve stayed in all the hotels and the past four years we’ve been to cabanas and cascades with the whole family This year we were very disappointed The rooms were not as clean and the breakfast buffet has been down graded... there is no more variety... only basics ... they have taken away the nuts.... muesli.... cold meats like salami and pepper ham... they now serve sandwich loaves.... all the nice cheeses have been taken away now there is only cheddar and a funny cheap white cheese..... plus the bread selection etc have all been reduced.... I received an e mail as we do every year to ask to rate our stay.... I e nailed all my grievances and never got any response The staff told us when we inquired about the vast differences in the buffet spread from last year and they told us it was changed around two or three months ago It’s a poor spread... especially if you’re trying to encourage overseas visitors...... this is the first time in ten years that we have not enjoyed our stay Why do I get no response when I complained

We’re seriously thinking of finding a new venue for next year
