Sun city 5 star Prices 3 star service ??

November 2014 - The wife the kid and i was day visitors at Sun City (out of season)<br> 1. Entertainment Centre display - lights not working.<br> 2. Pool at Cascades has broken tiles and loose rocks that was supposed to be cemented in place.<br> 3. Restrooms at Cascades were dirty(muddy) no cleaners available.<br> 4. Valley of the ways - just for the matter of fact Beach Cabanas was allowed.<br> 5. Not all the food on the menus was available, No sugar free drinks available.<br> <br> December 2014 (in season) -Day visitors<br> 1. Entertainment Centre display - lights not working.<br> 2. Valley of the waves - no Beach Cabanas allowed ???? Call Junior(Manager)<br> 3. No umbrellas available.May not take my own Beach Cabana<br> 4. When inside 4 Beach Cabanas erected call Junior(Manager) He can't do anything about it.<br> 5. Please explain that to me.<br> 6. Cue for ages for food and entry -GET MORE TICKET BOOTHS AND FOOD COUNTERS.<br> 7. Again no sugar free DRINKS and not all food options available<br> 8. BTW this was the same frustration December 2013..<br> <br> I don't know what you will do to get me back at Sun City, but i will definitely tell everyone i know about your<br> poor management and 3 star service. Sun City has become a THIRD WORLD DESTINATION
