Struggling to get refund after being double charged

I stayed at Sun City’s Cabanas on 24 and 25 January. I paid deposit online but was made to pay full amount on arrival. Both amounts went off my credit card and my attempts to get a refund have been ignored. My reservation number is: ORS - ***1: Jonathan Chama
