Still promising empty promises

<p>On the 22 Aug I posted a review on how pathetic Sun international were in regards to their specials that not 1 staff member knew about and the promises that were made upon that booking.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got a phone call apologizing and was promised my money back (R300 dinner voucher) and that I would get a weekends free stay for the horrific hospitality we received. I phoned Sun international and to my surprise they have no note on the system regarding this promise.</p> <p> </p> <p>this is totally unacceptable. If you can't stick to your promises don't make them!!!</p>
