still no reply on no random number generator

<p>Grand west has yet to reply to me, this leads me to believe that I was correct in my assumption that there is no random game in play. Grandwest controls how you are paid and when you are paid if at all. Now that I have complained several times I no longer get any features or wins. It's been 4 months since I have won, is that random? </p>
