STILL no feedback after more false promises

I loaded a Hello Peter complaint stating 'My father has been incorrectly receiving sms's from Wild Coast Sun for a Mr Groendling, who no doubtedly gave the wrong number when supplying he's own details. The problem is they never stop, we've sms'd STOP back to opt out of this service numerous times and still it continues! WHEN WILL IT STOP???' On the 26th of Jan I was promised an e-mail, feedback and a resolution to my complaint....it FEBRUARY and still NOTHING besides empty promises.
