Still no answer from Sun City!

I placed this report on Hello Peter on 12 Feb 2016. And still no one has answered me despite their copy and pasted reply of: \We will now be dealing with your query directly through our internal channels and you will receive an email from us shortly.\"<br> <br> So here it is again:<br> <br> We were two couples who went to Sun city Valley of the waves this past Tuesday. Between the two couples we had 5 small children (3 babies). We have stayed at Sun city hotels a couple times now, but right now it's simply not worth going. With all the construction (which is everywhere!) we couldn't manage to get the prams to Valley of the waves, because there were only stairs! We asked two ushers and no one could help us or point us to the escalaters - they said we had to go up the stairs. The woman (mothers) were furious!! When we finally got there, we went to the Adventure mountain (kids pool) - there were no toiletpaper in the toilets!! Again, the women were very very agitated!<br> <br> Why does one have to pay full price, if everything is out of order?? If things aren't working right, do you still have to pay for things that you are simply not getting?<br> "
