Stay away - SUN International and Join Up

Stay away from this company. We travelled with Join Up company (Ukraine) and the service is worst i’ve ever experienced. I am a frequent traveller and visited over 100 countries, currently live and work in Thailand. This company is worst ever - they don’t care about their clients, they forgot to pick ua up on return transfer to the airport. All so-called hot numbers do not respond, tried calling their “hotline” and our hotel guide but no response. Save your money and your vacation, travel with other company to Egypt. Avoid Join Up and SUN International.
