Stay Away - No Payouts

Almost a year ago I logged the same complaint that I am going to log now. Value for money, there is no such thing when you are going to Grandwest. I was a regular, I decided not to go anymore, I would rather spend my money at Caledon once a month, than go to Grandwest every single weekend. I used to spend thousands there, but those days are over, Grandwest just take take take take without giving you anything, not even playtime, I don't necessarily want to win, but I would expect to be kept busy for longer than one hour with the amount i usually gave them playing one and two coin bets. So sorry Grandwest, you might not feel it or even care but you just lost a regular customer. You can rob other people I am not waisting my money there anymore. Cheers.
