stay away from grandwest

I am a gold card member at Grandwest Casino I have been going their for the past 8 years. It use to be a thrilling experience but in recent times going to Grandwest has left me feeling very dissatisfied. All that happens their is they *****ing people's hard earned money. I use to go 3 times a week up until 2 months ago. I have spent about R10000 their or maybe a bit more per month and in 27 months I haven't walked out of their with anything no jackpot nothing they give you a R 500 in spins and your machine makes a noise like you have won a massive amount of money are they for real f them I spent close to a million Rand their and did not even get a measly jackpot like life of luxury f them. Then they try and entice people to play to earn 30 points in a single visit for a quarter chicken and chips Lol you have to spend about R4000 even more depending on how they have set your card to play for the day R4k for a quarter chicken and chips F you Grand West. I wonder what happened to the steak or lamb chops u use to offer for 30 points you cheapskates. Bottom line Grandwest *****s your money to do that they set your card not to win they set their machines not to pay.Stay away!!!
