Staff is making side hustle off the visitors at suncity

I went for a vacation in suncity last week. When we got to the main gate we are told that people who have not booked inside are not allowed due to covid rules and limitations of numbers as we were about to leave the place a certain person called Comfort called us he says he can organize a reservation number for us and tags to enter the valley of waves. He says he's not at work but will send us the details. Then says we should wait for him and send 200 to his account for petrol and he will be coming to us with the tags. I'm just try to make the people who work there that Comfort is taking peoples money from the gate and then running away. Yes it's our fault that we trusted a ***** over security that told us we can't enter. But apparently he's been doing that a lot of people. Taking their money letting them in and then ignore their calls.
