Spoilt valentine stay!!

Received invite for a midweek valentine stay at the wild coast... Well what a disappointment experience it was!!! I was all prepared to have a romantic stay with my wife getting a bottle of cold jc champagne and a bunch of red roses.. Once booked into the room had a shave but the plug was broken again just like last visit.. Ran the bath with red rose petals and bubble foam and proceeded to open the champagne.. Trying to be romantic.. To my dismay the water disappeared with my foam and rose petals down the drain.. Guess what!! Plug broken.. Does not close so cannot sit in bath and be romantic drinking my champagne!! Now I was really upset so we decided to shower together but water and champagne don't go together.. Now how that for a **** romantic experience.. Thank you sun International!!! Proceeded to phone reception to complain.. Guess what??? Phone broken!!? What else could go wrong??? You have really spoilt my romantic stay!! Thanks once. Again!! On checkout asked for manager.. Guess what?? In meeting!!! No one to talk to.. Disgraceful service!!! Thanks once again!! Why is there such a big drop in service and maintenence at the wild coast... This is not the first time!!! Thanks once again sun International!!
