Soho Hotel Sun City - accommodation and service

My partner and I arrived at Sun City on 09 November 2021. We initially booked at the Cabanas but due to maintenance, we were moved to the Soho Hotel Sun City.

Our experience at the Soho Hotel Sun City has been absolutely terrible! On the day we arrived the room was not sanitised with no sanitiser sticker on the door. The shower was filthy with hair on the shower walls and floor, disgusting! There was a pillow case on the sleeper couch that was not cleaned. We did not have drinking water in the room. Since arriving, we have not had warm water to shower in and on the day that we arrived the water coming from the tap was brown (video footage available). The walking corridor floor is absolutely filthy and does not look like it is cleaned daily.

I am going for surgery at the end of this week and this trip was supposed to be a calming trip before my surgery. I am not sure what is happening with the management at Soho Hotel Sun City, this is unacceptable. We do not only pay for accommodation, we pay for a service and this trip has been something I will never repeat. This was definitely not worth the price and in future I will not stay in Soho Hotel Sun City.
