Soho Hotel Pull Up Your Socks Please

My mother in law GHADIJA VALLA booked to stay at the Soho hotel at Sun City over the weekend of the 7th of July 2018. The drive there was 5 hours long and when she arrived she was informed that her room was given to other guests. She is very ill and in a wheel chair and was made to wait from 9h00 until 11h00 to be allocated a room. After such a long drive this seemed like an even longer wait. She also had her 5 year old grand son with her who was exhausted after the long drive.
